I'm not the type to post negative reviews. I tend to give folks the benefit of the doubt and not everyone works well together... you won't have that problem if your fortunate enough to work with Brad in the service department. He came highly recommended by Jenna, the service department scheduler, whom was very helpful as well, and she was right. Brad was professional, polite and seemed to genuinely care my concerns.
