Disappointed customer who plans on never returning. Been utilizing H&H Kia service department for a Kia Sorento we purchased. Have had good experiences over the years but this past May we had the vehicle in for a recall repair. The repair attempt failed and we were allowed t leave the service department without being notified that there was a safety issue with the vehicle due to poor workmanship with the recall repair.
