I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. The home is gorgeous and prettier than the photos. It is handsomely appointed, obvious that much thought has been given to the quality and detail of every room. You feel at home the minute you step through the front door. We were a group of 11 and had ample room. The garage was supplied with beach wagon, sand toys, and a beach canopy. We rented a condo via Arbnb which Sean Guthrie was the property manager. We arrived at almost dinner time on a Sunday to find the condo was not at all like the photos and unacceptable for us to stay in. I contacted Sean and in less than 20 minutes he had transferred us to a another condo that met our needs and was fabulous. He also followed up later in the evening to make sure we were settled in. This unit is perfect for a visit to the beach with the pups! One level, lots of room and close to the beach and entertainment.
Villa is in an excellent location. Walkable to the beach, Coligny and park. Villa was clean when we arrived. The lower level tile floor definitely needs to be replaced. Floor appeared dirty but, I think because it is old. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. The one negative was only having plastic dinner plates to use. Loved having a crock pot and air fryer!
