I recently had some electricians come to my home for some work, and while the job itself was completed, I was honestly shocked by how one of them chose to speak to the other. As a homeowner, it was extremely uncomfortable to overhear the constant rude and belittling remarks. What made it worse is that all of this was said in Spanish and I actually do understand Spanish. They installed the electrical in my house in 2021 when it was built. They hard wired a flood light with no switch. It was on all day no way to turn it off. On 3 other outside outlets for security cameras have no power. They also mis wired another floodlight and I now have 2 other wires that have no power that were incorrectly wired to another floodlight. Quite bad service and experience. Called company due to burning smell in new construction home. First, they were suppose to come between 1-5 and called about 430 saying they wouldn’t make it till after 530 so i had to reschedule. The technician who came the next morning was VERY rude at first. He came in suggesting I painted a light fixture and that was the issue. As I told him all my fixtures came this color and I upgraded during the new construction process he basically said I was lying. Done several thorough walk throughs on what needs to go where, and they can still not get it done right. No number to their office...answering service. They send different people every time, not knowing what needs to be done . Would not recommend this company if you are building a house. Big headache!!
Awesome as always, they did our annual maintenance at house.
