I had 3 clogged sink filters which was found and corrected, had some issues, and The owner got on the phone and took care of it right away. I will say that I went to the reviews 1st to complain. My advice to you is dont do that, Gary is a great guy, and listens to your concerns

Both our toilets were not working, Gary told us the septic tank was backed up and that was the problem. After $1200 he pumped the septic tank and the issue was still happening. When I called him to come back out he "cleared the lines out" and had the audacity to say that he was doing it for free but should have charged us again, even though that should have been done when he pumped the tank. Gary & his team turned a frustrating moment into a blessing. I had a clogged toilet! I appreciate the service, it was quick and efficient. I would 10/10 recommend and keep them saved in my phone for future needs.
