I had a horrible experience . This dentist is racist , unprofessional and rude. My son’s dentist referred me here and I communicated with them about my experience .During our visit this dentist mentioned my son had som damaged in his teeth due to fluoride. I asked him a few questions to better understand and was looking at me like if I was dum . He was answering the questions with sarcasm and had a bad temper. I wanted to share my recent experience with your office. During our first visit, the front desk staff checked our insurance and confirmed that you accept it. Based on that information, my mom proceeded with her appointment. However, when I returned another day, a different receptionist told me that the office does not work with our insurance. I want to say that Nora, the front desk receptionist has been great help for me and my husband for almost over twenty years !! She is always nice and respectful!! We love her!! God bless her and Dr. Hayrabedyant’s office.
