New to South Carolina and needed advice on bait and tackle. Excellent store and great customer service. Alton took his time and explained many things new to us. We fish salt water in New England. Connecticut fisherwoman who knows Long Island Sound but totally clueless to low country fishing. This is a tremendously incredible boat dealership and service center. Support them at all cost! I say this because there is not enough highly credible organizations in the boating industry. They are super professional and they go out of their way to treat customers fairly. This is how to develop long long term loyalty! I have spoken with Eli at this location, and I have worked very closely with Charley and Jake and they are all outstanding ! It is truly a blessing to have a one stop shop to work with!!!
Their tackle shop has a really great supply of bait and tackle and the staff is always SUPER helpful. It is a perfect location off of 170 if you need any fishing related items. They also have a great selection of clothing and apparel. The boat selection is decent depending on the time of year and I have always loved dealing with the staff. David in the boat repair section is one staff member who couldn't be more helpful and gracious.
Probably the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. It took them 3 months to service my boat. One of the four batteries installed was bad on install. They left rust stains all over the floor of my boat. Soaked the inside of my T-top box that had important paperwork inside. Accidentally filled up my waste container thinking it was fresh water wash down and then didn’t even bother to pump it out.
