He did nothing but lie and steal my money. Ordered a part that cost 1800.00 dollars . I sent the money to him to get the part.. tells me he got it and put it in my car.. that was a lie, I called the dealership and the ECU is still there and not paid for. Howard Hinkley insisted that he did get it from the dealership. He has now changed his phone number and thinks he can avoid restitution. He can't over 3,000 law inforcement officials have been given this information thanks to the FTC .

After a questionable initial meeting, I went against my better judgment and used HH Automotive anyways. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto mechanic, this isn’t it. Buyer beware.

I met Howard last March via an old coworker. He was very professional and fixed my car the same day. I needed the window motor replaced. He did a great job. After the first time, I called him back to do more work on both my cars, and this is when everything started to change. He would constantly come up with excuses as to why he didn't show up on the scheduled day, and make me panic as I had already paid for the parts and labor upfront. came to me after hours, diagnosed the issue. And came back in the morning to finish the job once the parts became available. The pricing and customer service were top notch. Showed me what the issues were and fixed them. Can’t ask for more!
