I Called into H&H after hours (didn't notice online they were closed, I work nights) asked a bunch of questions about my car and the gentlemen that answered (wish I remembered his name), never got annoyed with me for calling late or about all the questions. Then, he took the time to refer me to another place that specialized in what I needed (which was really nice of him).
