I called them to get a quotation for my window air-conditioning to be cleaned and the lady was rud and Hung phone up on me I will be taking my Business elsewhere
H&H are no longer trading and have been taken over by Technicool Air Conditioning. My experience with Technicool Air Conditioning: I’d booked in to have a ducted and split system serviced and cleaned. Upon arrival the worker informed me that he didn’t have the gear to clean the split system as the office didn’t inform him which was disappointing as the split system was the main reason for getting them around. Repeat customer! Anthony is great, very knowledgeable and friendly! Super reliable and was quick to respond to any queries I had! Installation of our ducted aircon by his team went well and they kept me updated throughout the process! The team also relocated our split system from Upstairs in my study to downstairs, didn’t try to upsell me where it wasn’t necessary! Very trustworthy company! Highly recommend!
H&H went out of business. The new company that you get to speak to bought H&H's customers and website. Prices are way too overpriced. And the warranty from H&H is now non-existent!
