A fuir. A 8h39, une personne a ouvert la porte avec la carte de l’hôtel et sans toquer. Si je n’avais pas mis le loquet de porte, elle serait entrée. Il faisait super froid dans la chambre en été et la climatisation ne s’éteignait pas. J’ai mis le chauffage à 32° Celsius et il faisait froid toute la nuit. Les prises électriques sont mal placées et difficiles d’accès, j’ai débranché une lampe pour brancher mon téléphone. L’eau du robinet goûtait en permanence, même fermé. This hotel has absolutely the worst service I've ever seen. I've been trying to contact this hotel because they inaccurately charged my card for a fee that I should not have been charged. I've called the hotel three times, written emails multiple times, but absolutely no response.
Room cleaner accused us of stealing a robe and charged us 75 dollars. Plenty of more professional operations in the area instead of staying somewhere they will overcharge the credit card they make you give them without authorization and without notice. I have called 8 times and unable to reach anyone to rectify the situation. They do not care about customers.
