I recently visited Infiniti Laval with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. However, my experience with the sales representative, Valentin Iovva, was disappointing due to a lack of professionalism and flexibility. A sales representative plays a crucial role in shaping a customer’s perception of a brand, and unfortunately, this experience led me to reconsider my choice entirely. As a result, I decided not to purchase an Infiniti and opted for a different brand instead.
