Hidden costs, Scammers and Bullies. Be careful. What’s advertised is not what’s on display(we had a guy texting us the car was available and when we hit the place they told us the car was sold). Unnecessary warranties are mandatory (you need to add ~$2K to any cost you see, the will also sell you warranties on top of the price and made you feel stupid if you don’t buy them). Took off from work and drove an hour to Hgreg Houston go look at a car that they told me was available the night before AND I called at 9:15 on the drive to the dealership to verify the car was available. I was told yes and that they would pull it and have it ready to test drive. Upon arriving, the car was not pulled, the sales guy couldn't even find it in the system, so I pulled it up on my phone and was then told oh they didn't have that car any longer. They work harder trying to sell The elite package and appearance packages then the actual vehicle, couldn’t get a cash deal done a Vehicle  with these guys the Interior of the truck was Disgusting, and car that the tires was old didnt want to replace them come down on price for not replacing, sale lady was nice, and think she wanted to make the sale. Management is no good , frustrating place
