No honest, sell damaged burn equipment as used, you pay for the shipping, then when you want to return you also pay for sending it back, in many cases the delivery is more expensive than the unit so avoid buying from them
Been a buying customer for more than two years with a total spend of around $25K. A few larger purchases around $4K but mostly all sub $100 for resale. I reallllllly want to love HGR but they will not allow that. Sales Team: The sales people / sales manager are/is near worthless. worst experience I ever had in 26 years since i have been in Business!! When you get a salesperson - make sure they UNDERSTAND everything about what you want to buy. I had such a terrible time with a salesperson named Andrew who I bought welding rod from- It cost me over $1000 from the wrong size- to rusted cans-paying an extra $ 475 in freight- then having to buy the size he did not ship we bought and then freight again.
