I worked with Helena at HGR Group, and I had a great experience. She did a very thorough home inspection, wind mitigation, and 4-point inspection. She provided me with a very detailed report that included recommendations and pictures of everything she saw. Helena was recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend her, too.
They were great. Asked questions and made sure they understood our needs, made several excellent suggestions, quality was excellent.
Great company to work with as a vendor. Mike. F is knowledgable and a good communicator. I can tell that they are there for the customer and to do the job right.
