The wonderful gentlemen working at HG Motors kindly gave me their assistance today when I was broken down on Mowbray Road. They were so kind and helpful moving my car off the road and getting it started again. Whilst I'm not a customer, they deserve the utmost praise for their ability to help, out of the kindness of their hearts. Thank you!
Thanks Harry & co for fixing my Volkswagen Tiguan, he diagnosed the issue in a timely manner and informed me what the issue was and provided a solution and cost quote. In the invoice, he also clearly documented what work was done making it easy to understand (because we all know we forget as soon as we walk out of the mechanic).
Harry and John are incredibly friendly and professional truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I never imagined I would have such reliable and skilled mechanics right next to my house. They are always helpful, always kind, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you both for everything. I highly recommend them!
I had an issue with my car stalling frequently for a period of time, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. When I brought it in, the mechanic carefully asked me about the symptoms and took the time to inspect and fix the problem. In a short time, my car was running perfectly again. He also kindly explained what the issue was and how it was resolved, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place — they are friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented.
I can’t thank Harry & John from HG Motors enough for their help on a big job replacing the turbo in my BMW. We had a few unforeseen issues along the way and they were so patient and accommodating. I know I am always in good hands with these guys and highly recommend them.
