We had this company in our office and they’re planning to renew, but we’ve since found better deals with other vendors. When we asked for help returning the machine, they were no help at all. On top of that, they originally signed us up with a leasing company that’s extremely difficult to get out of — they rarely answer their phone and barely respond to emails. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I decided to make an exception regarding my experience with HGI Technologies. I've leased their color copiers/printers for over 10 years. I don't know and have never met the owners of HGI, but as a small business owner myself, I am in awe of the organization they have put together.
