I was referred here a few times. I saw a social worker, she was very kind and helpful. However, my experience with Dr. Morissette was awful. During my time with her she constantly answered phone calls and checked her email. I had to rebook an appointment and after playing phone tag, they closed by file and never called me back.
If you move to Hawkesbury from Ottawa DO NOT get mental health help here. Stay with the team in Ottawa. Hawkesbury has always been garbage town and this team was awful. Nurse told my fiancé to just take his meds and go to sleep after suffering a lot, constant med change with no professional insight. Professionals from hospital told him to call his team here once and because he called so many times the nurse had an angry attitude towards him. Disappointed.
