I had a psychiatrist in Ottawa. I moved to Hawkesbury and I was supposed to get transferred here, they saw me NOT EVEN 5 times total then told me that they were going to close my file and I fought it because I still need Mental Health help..... I had asked to talk to the manager Benoit St.Jean about NOT closing my file right now as I still need help..... Someone was supposed to call me back to talk about this in 2022 but they NEVER bothered to call me back, now we are 2023!!! Now I think they DID close my file behind my back... read more
I was on a waiting list for a year to see a psychiatrist and when I finally saw one, I got someone who had zero interest in helping me. She prescribed me three different medications that didn't work out due to side effects and then told me "I don't know what else to give you". Useless. Go anywhere else but here. Don't waste your time.
