Great teamwork by the Royalton VT team. Going to miss this group.
Got some good supervisors and some good team leads but you also have a lot of team leads and associates that should not be working there and get away with things they shouldn’t get away with. If you travel you will have random roommates and if you have issues and report it nothing will happen other than you having to relocate either rooms or to a new project. You can be with the company for over a year before you even get benefits or are considered full time.
According to "company policy" full time employees are NOT entitled to paid holidays or paid sick days. They will short your paychecks at every opportunity and take back per diem for days that you worked. Textbook examples of favoritism. Coworkers are often drunk and disorderly. If you show up to work sober, early, and remain on task, they will try to get you to take on the added responsibility of management with no pay increase. Mostly all the males in the company are married but, will hit on all the workers and even offer money for services. There's actually a current employee showing his private parts to current workers through Snapchat. You can request help & guarantee there will be someone "willing to help" for all the wrong reasons. This company is a joke. If you need a job, it is easy to be hired into this company but, once your in you see they don't care about anyone. My spouse is working for this business seems unprofessional. Nothing but a party on site. Workers are allowed to go to work afterward from the hotel. I've spoken with one of the bosses and did not care about any of what goes on. No one answers to anyone? It is very concerning. I've tried calling this company and no response. If we ever had a family emergency we are out of luck. It is next to impossible to get a hold of someone where he is stationed at the hotel or work places.
