It took à week to obtain a bipap with several calls made. This was aggrevigating. I placed a portion of blame to the insurance. However, today, my wife met with Carrie. Carrie explained the equipment & presented as knowledgeable & professional.
The staff and service is second to none, and they really go the extra mile for their patients. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Management is top notch !
