Bought a home where John Harrold was our Agent and Garrett Hall was the seller agent. House was listed as very well maintained and move in ready. We weren’t able to move in for over 4 months. This due to electrical and plumbing issues hidden by the seller and John Harrold helped as he didn’t allow our water & sewer inspector to have access to the inside of the house.
