Chrissie and her team are really supportive and take time to ensure you push and get the most out of the class for where you are in your fitness journey. If you are within 20 minute drive, you wont find a better place/or better value.

Everyone at HG is so supportive and helpful. Additionally they offer early 5am sessions which are great for people with limited evening availability!
