I joined 2 months ago and I’ve got to be honest it’s the best fitness setup I’ve ever been apart of. The instructor's create thoughtful and well structured classes. They also give good advice on improving technique and getting the most out of the hour. Friendly atmosphere and everyone makes you feel very welcome. Also there’s a great selection of equipment. Highly recommend 💪🏻🙌🏻
