Went to the Ferguson location for Valentine’s day event and paid for vip table, my order wasn’t taken until after i flagged a server down an hour after sitting. At 8:30 order was placed and waited until 10:10 to request money back when i couldn’t stand waiting for my meal after some ppl were served and tables were being cleared of dishes. Ended up getting refunded because the kitchen closed before we were served and ticket was forgotten about…..
