Heather's Gym has inspiring and motivating instructors. It is a community that is encouraging of all fitness levels and goals.
This studio is amazing!! There is a great mix of cycle workouts to choose from and all levels are welcome. The music and energetic teachers will have you excited to come back every time.
HG Cycle opened up in September. First one of its kind in Libertyville. Headed by Heather Weiss Fahrenkrog and her excellent team of instructors you get the best workout guaranteed. Whether you choose to go all out for 60 minutes of straight cycling or breaking it up with some core work, piyo or strength there’s something for everyone. Open to the novice cyclists to the elite HG Cycle has a class to fit your style and ability. First class is FREE.

I am not surprised that HG Cycle is just as amazing as the studio! The cycle studio has the best vibe and the bikes are incredible. The fabulous instructors choreography make every class fun and you BURN calories! I highly recommend HG cycle.
