Always very responsive and provides high quality work; They were very efficient and invested in the project. I did not feel like they were ever rushing which was very nice. The workers were both skilled and efficient as well.
Ive had work done from Howard for the past 25 years and I wouldnt recommned anyone else.
HFM has done multiple remodels for me and different properties and is always on time, a perfectionist, and very easy to get along with.

The guy is unbelievable. He came in at 5:30am in the morning. His men did a class act job and it came out amazingly. He is a man of his word. I'd recommend him to the world, not just New York. Meticulous and detailed work I would give him 10s all around if I could.
They've done our floors and a whole renovation to our property in years past. His workers are always on time and efficient; they always clean up very nicely. He is a fair man and they have very fair prices. I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done for a very fair price.
