Great result with a poor experience. HFM completed what we had in mind to a quality that met our expectations. However, poor guidance was given by HFM which resulted in a timeline delay and the incorrect installation of a pocket door due to the incorrect dimensions recommended by HFM. Additionally, there was a lack of professionalism when resolving the outstanding payment where an HFM employee used a profanity to describe me in an email thread that was forwarded to my inbox. I hired HFM to completely renovate my kitchen and convert a closet into a pantry. Howard and his team were always up-front with what they needed from me, and always very responsive to questions or concerns. its very rare you find a contractor with the quality that he provides, hes one of those guys that is considered a workaholic hes been available for me anywhere from 4 am to 10 oclock at night at times during a project.
