HFI did a terrific job replacing the HVAC system in our home. The guys installed it in good time & cleaned up well after the job. We’ve been HFI customers for some time & recommend them to our local friends. It’s great to know we have a local company we can count on to maintain our system & do our replacement work when needed. The office staff is terrific too. Our phone calls are always answered & they speak clearly too. We appreciate the care they give on every job & will continue to use them for all future work.
My heating system is old, but I haven't had any trouble with it. A service company showed me a carbon monoxide reading of 10 ppm and advised me to change the system immediately. I sought a second opinion from HFI. Chris came over and conducted a thorough inspection, which showed 0 ppm everywhere. Although I don't know much about heating systems, he patiently explained everything to me. In the end, he recommended that I get two new carbon monoxide plug-in monitors. Had emergency services performed two Fridays ago. The technicians that came out that day temporarily fixed the issue. I was supposed to have an appointment the following Monday for an estimate to fix the remaining issues. They never showed up, and I have not received any communication as to why there were a no-call, no-show. Will be giving the business to a company that follows through on their appointments and prioritizes customer service instead.
