In my many years as a homeowner, I have never before had the excellence of service provided by Austin Robinson and Molly Staggs. They informed me of their progress throughout the process of getting a new A/C installed. They were VERY skilled at their work, pleasant and friendly throughout the 6-hour process, and cleaned up meticulously once their work was done. Our Air Conditioner went out (of course!) at 8:30 pm on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called HFI and we had a technician by the hour. Chris L. was our tech and he couldn't of been nicer! He fixed our compressor and was on his way...I was so grateful to have our AC fixed so quickly and it didn't break the bank. Thanks HFI for coming to our rescue!!
