DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We read the negative reviews, but trusted Bud’s explanation of past struggles and decided to still move forward. That was a huge mistake. Bud seemed to share our vision for our outdoor space and was very attentive until we signed a contract and selected materials. DO NOT RECOMMEND Bud Miller the owner is very unprofessional, he treats his employees horrible as I’ve seen myself through a mutual, and even screw his customers over !
Poor management. Never pays employees their last checks. Rude, and very unprofessional. Would never recommend this company to do anything for my house.
Owner took deposit, and stopped communicating with us several months after the contracted start date. I understand if weather pushes start date back, but there is no excuse for the lack of communication entirely. We are beginning court action to retrieve our deposit funds. I wish I’d have paid more attention to reviews prior to contracting with him.
