Horrible experience. A lady in the office was so ugly and rude to me The bald old man tow truck, driver was a grouch and didn’t care how he pulled my car on the trailer. Seems like they have something fishy going on with the cops
This company is awesome and I have to say, they go above and beyond expectations. I think I gave him a task to move my monster side by side that the axel was Brock and let me tell you he worked his magic to not damage anything. Great company I got to say hands down anyone else would have said I can’t do it . He worked and made it happen.thanks again and I’ll be using you from now on .
She was very nice and very helpful. Didn't have to wait long and she had me in and out within few minutes.
From the point of calling them and getting the job done it was an excellent experience. I hated calling them due to the circumstances but overall it was a great experience. From the lady answering the phone and getting me taken care of and answering the questions I had. To the driver calling me and talking to me through the process till he got to me and towed me off.
