The employees that work in the lumber yard are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They given me helpful tips and guidance through several of my home renovations. I have spoken several times with Charlie and he knows alot about lumber and what type to use for certain projects. I will definitly be returning! Also, the yard guys should be more identifiable outside, as they don't wear uniforms like the inside staff.
I had a great experience at the Cookstown Home Hardware. I spoke with a couple of the guys in the lumber department, and they were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their customer service really stood out. The only thing I noticed was that it was a bit difficult to tell who worked there, as they weren’t wearing team shirts or a clear uniform. Probably the best home hardware in the area. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff that provided great customer service. It's not a big box store and that's what makes shopping in stores like this a breath of fresh air.
