Exceptional service, vast selection and a level of consistency that only comes from really good people and really good management.
The staff is very unprofessional and gives wrong information over the phone. I asked specific questions regarding a product to make sure they have it in stock ( gave size and colour),got some attitude because I had the audacity to disturb the sales rep's day with my questions and she said "yes, we have it". When I went to the store, surprise: they don't carry it!!! I will not waste time and energy to write about the attitude of the sales rep in the store, the same one that was on the phone.
