Always friendly knowledgeable and AVAILABLE staff. Everything the big box stores have but with actual service.
Always a great experience at this location. The staff actually come to you and ask whether you need any assistance, which is rare at any other Canadian Tire/Home Depot types of shops I've been to anywhere. This is refreshing and they are actually quite knowledgable as well! They always provide great guidance and friendly support. Great selection of items as well!

I had a great experience at Home Depot in Cookstown thanks to Tony. I asked about a few products I needed, and right away he came out from his office to help me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s not often you get that level of customer service—quick, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Tony went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend this location!
