I was in the ER one night and watched a male nurse yelling at a mental health patient and telling him "well next time don't tell anyone you're suicidal." Very unprofessional and uncalled for given how it's someone who needed help.
I had two visits to Heywood ER in the last week. Both visits the wait time, attention to care, cleanliness and overall service was great. They have a wonderful staff there all around.
I’m writing my review while I’m waiting for more than 3 hours with my brother who had a car accident, when the Dr came, he did not even bother to ask him to remove his t shirt to verify if there is any bruises or cuts, he just touched him with the tip of his fingers on his shoulder and legs….. very weird how the exam is being done!!! It’s really a shame how ppl’s health and life donr matter for some people who literally work in a field that it’s all about care…..
Sad it's just sad, if anyone from this hospital cares about the treatment of patients wishes to email me please do. I'm sure the complaints to Gardner Hospital, department of public health and DMH will reach this people eventually. Watch wait and learn because the way I was treated this evening will never happen to another human being. I will spend the rest of my life working towards this. I don't know how long I am going to live because the Dr I saw this morning was afraid to treat my headaches because of my blood pressure ... read more
