I like it here. Landscaping has been kept up with nicely lately. Parking in the evening though is tough. Theres not enough spots for the number of people who live here.
I wouldn't live here again even I was paid to do so. Horrendous management, rude, and condescending. you pay too much money to come after work and not find a parking spot! they give out so many "reserved parking" for people that end up parking in a normal spot and leave the "reserved spot" open. When there is an issue with plumping or hot water they instruct you to just use the community/pool showers. Too difficult to find parking. Neighbors are not considerate of others and park in the same spots without moving. There is a Mercedes (white sedan) that never leaves the complex but parks in a desired and favorable area (two parking spots near the trees and buildings) instead of parking along the fence. Management does nothing. They repainted the parking spots to make them smaller and create more spots but there still isn’t enough parking for everyone who lives at Heywood Heights.
The parking situation in this complex is absolutely HORRIFIC and gets a solid 1 out of 10 from me. There are not enough parking spots in this complex compared to the amount of people currently living in Heywood Heights. Want to have friends/family over in the evening? Do you plan on going out for the evening? Do you work an evening shift and come home late? Good luck finding a parking spot! Prepare to be stressed out!
