Contacted surgery by phone today , Leanne receptionist spoke with me regarding a previous hospital appointment I had attended and I was requesting any correspondence the surgery had received. Leanne was very polite , professional and helpful , promptly gave all the information I needed in a promt email. Thank you so much Leanne.
Useless, I never get a same day appointment for my baby. All I get is there are no appointments and ring 111 after I've been on hold for over an hour at times. There is no service, lost all confidence.
