Honestly the drinks are great but the person who's planned the store layout needs to be jailed. Literally the most unintelligent layout planning, even if you order ahead and don't want to get stuck lining up and waste time, guess what the pick up is so deep and inside you have to cross three lines of people who are lining up to order, and also a queue for pick up, which by the way all this time spent is your drink diluting and getting all watery.

They run buy one get one free promotion and there is a long queue. They simply shouted irresponsibly that they are not taking orders after 10pm, but being in the queue you never know if you can order by 10pm. After queueing for 45mins, they simply shut the cashier and ask whoever still in the queue to leave. Other branch like Emporium they would have staff managing and cutting the queue when it’s almost closing time. They either stop the queue or they would make all orders for customers in the queue. The staff were incredibly rude and, in my experience, discriminatory. I visited twice during their advertised opening hours and was turned away both times because they claimed they were too busy to take orders, despite having an entire hour left before closing. It felt like they were operating entirely at their own convenience, with little regard for customers.
