Dr. Heyt is a great doctor, but his staff is horrific. You can’t get them to return calls and when you question them if you finally get through to someone, I actually go into the office they lie and say they tried to reach you multiple times but got your voicemail. I’m not sure, what’s wrong with the staff but if you get someone’s voicemail, you leave a message. It’s really not brain surgery.
