Recently I had a serious issue with some luggage purchased through Heys USA.
Your company Heys America Ltd., although not obligated to replace the damaged goods, went behind the call of duty and provided a new piece of luggage. This was quite amazing and very much appreciated.
It is not often a company will work so hard to have a customer remain just that, a customer. You have retained my business and I will be recommending your brand to others.
Please keep up the exceptional customer service. It makes you stand out from the crowd.
