If I could, I would rate her ZERO stars. This provider is a JOKE!!!! Intentionally NOT contracted with insurance companies so she can bill you HIGHER RATES and not have to abide by insurance company rules contracts and then provides EMERGENCY MEDICINE SERVICES through ED depts so you have NO CHOICE but to use her if you are unfortunate enough to be there when she's on all.
