We’re new homeowners, and weren’t certain if our water pump needed replacing and called for a quote. Chris happened to be in the area and was able to stop by same day and check everything out. Turns out our pump is fine and Chris gave us some great tips on dealing with our concerns. At a time when everything is costing us a ton, his honesty and helpfulness could not be more appreciated! Highly recommend.
I used Chris for the 1st time to service my water treatment system. Other companies I called wanted ridiculous service fees. He called back in a reasonable time and was helpful and informative on the initial call, It is refreshing to deal with a company that really cares about solving the problem, He was knowledgeable, happy to explain what was going on and what was needed and why. I found Chris to be very forthcoming with information and cost, I highly recommend Chris at Heyer Water.
Chris at Heyer Water Treatment in Woodstock / West Hurley, NY is about as crooked as they come. I’m posting this so that others get wise. He came out and told me that a small part was needed for replacing on the system, and that it would cost $300. When I researched the price of the part, EVERY single local dealer was charging only $139 for it!... read more
Unfriendly, obnoxious, not helpful. Told me to fill up the salt every six months. Truth is every 2-3 months. Hard to do when you're 77 years old. He's cheap but that's about it.
Chris at Heyer Water is a good choice. knows about water, how to fix any problems. shows up on time, and is honestly priced.
Heyer Water has a 3.9 star rating with 18 reviews.
