Eden is an exceptional Estehtician! Her facial massage/touch/technique was the perfect pressure (not weak/not aggressive)..very relaxing! She was knowledgeable about products (and tailored my treatment accordingly). Being a trained Esthy myself, I highly recommend Eden. The receptionist, Ashley, was extremely friendly/helpful, too! I didn't catch the name of the other receptionist, but shevwas equally kind. Grateful!
I recently had the pleasure of visiting HEYDAY at the University Hills location. I had a truly great experience with skin therapist Eden. She was cheerful, warm and engaging, but most importantly extremely knowledgeable about her craft. She began by asking me many questions about my skin, my current home routine and also what I hoped to get out of today’s facial. She then explained what she was going to be doing step by step. My last facial with Heyday was the first time I’ve ever noticed an actual difference in my skin. Completely blown away by how good it looked. Audrey is absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to continue working with her. I’ve never had someone truly listen to my concerns and help me treat them.
The amount of effort it has taken to try to cancel my membership is ridiculous. I am still getting charged.
