I drove quite a distance through traffic to visit Heyday in Dunwoody only to arrive and find the store closed. The website states that the store is open until 7 PM, but when I got there, no one was there and the store was not open. It was very disappointing after making the trip.
The practice is applying fraudulent tip calculations where your percentage does not add up to the tip. Upon pointing this out I was given a tip refund that was never processed. These are practices that are not employed by other practices offering facials. AVOID
Anabelle was so informative and helpful the entire session. This was my first facial and the experience did not disappoint. Have recommended her to my friends!
I was a little hesitant to come in because I have sensitive skin and was worried about how my face would react, but I could not be more thrilled with the service. Twila was so knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Also, a plus size girly, I was worried about how comfortable the setup would be, but I was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy and comfortable the table setup was. I was so impressed, I signed up for the monthly membership and can’t wait to come back!
