This is an update : I initially had a frustrating experience when I drove a long distance to the Dunwoody location around 5 PM and found the store closed, even though the website listed the closing time as 7 PM. However, I want to recognize how professionally the situation was handled afterward. Katy, the Operations Manager, personally reached out, apologized for the inconvenience, arranged for the product I wanted (Moon Juice Acid Potion) to be left at the front desk for pickup, and even extended a 50% discount to make up f... read more
I drove quite a distance through traffic to visit Heyday in Dunwoody only to arrive and find the store closed. The website states that the store is open until 7 PM, but when I got there, no one was there and the store was not open. It was very disappointing after making the trip.
The practice is applying fraudulent tip calculations where your percentage does not add up to the tip. Upon pointing this out I was given a tip refund that was never processed. These are practices that are not employed by other practices offering facials. AVOID
Anabelle was so informative and helpful the entire session. This was my first facial and the experience did not disappoint. Have recommended her to my friends!
