Train the staff let them know not to be surprised at customers who go to bathroom multiple times during the session. Because she might be having two strong coffee keep her awake for making money for her kids. Or she had a baby and had bladder issue since then. Your staff should not judge customers

Susan was wonderful with me and I had such a relaxing experience. Susan was very calming and knowledgeable so I loved our discussion. I have a very high stress job and it was a great experience so I signed up for the membership. Front desk was also VERY helpful!!
Heyday is amazing! I always leave with my skin glowing and feeling completely relaxed. I absolutely recommend them!
