Brittany was absolutely incredible
I was not initially going to leave a review, but my recent experience was unacceptable. During my second visit to this location, I arrived almost 5 minutes late. As I was walking into the door, I received a call from the receptionist. I politely waved as I’m walking in. Upon checking in, I explained that I had recently experienced an eczema flare and was placed on a steroid, which had also caused me to reschedule my previous appointment. Brittney’s knowledge of skin and products was much appreciated, and I really enjoyed my face massage.
I had the BEST facial with Tia! She was very informative with what all we were doing and explaining each step. She helped me identify my skin type and ways of improving my skin care routine. At the end she recommended an exfoliating cleanser that I now use twice a week with great results. So happy to have had her service me, and I cannot wait to go back!
