Abby F was fabulous!
The facial was fine, however, my credit card information was stolen during checkout. The employee manually entered my credit card information during checkout. The following business day, I was alerted to three fraudulent charges on the same card. I have contacted corporate as well as the East Cobb location. The reason for this review is to alert future customers. DO NOT let anyone manually enter your credit card information.
Tia was exceptionally knowledgeable and created a warm presence. She went above and beyond to make my first experience of receiving a facial a positive one. I will definitely be back and will be requesting her.
My esthetician was incredible. She was very thorough with explaining the products and steps. Incredibly friendly and skilled in her job.
This was my first experience with HEYDAY and all I can say is that it will not be my last. It was everything I wanted and so much more.
