I called this company on August 3rd because I just purchased a brand new camper and my fridge was popping the fuse. I found the fridge wired wrong from the factory and called them for help since my camper still had full warranty. I did not want to take it back to the dealer as the dealer is 4hours away from me and I was prepared to pay a service fee for the convenience of someone helping me out. This is the RV repair service to remedy ANY problem with your RV!!! Jody is extremely knowledgable, experienced, and just a soooper nice person as well as his team!!!!!We have used them twice for our fifth wheel and were 100% satisfied!!! The first problem was the electric slide wouldn’t operate and we thought it was the motor, so we replaced the motor and it worked. But, after a couple of times it stopped working. I would strongly not reccomend based on how unbelievably unprofessional Jody is. Jody came out and repaired my furnace with his son in 2021. He did a great job. He even couldn't get a part in a timely manner because of covid and allowed me to find it and order and he replaced. Fast forward to 2 years later, he installed an on demand hot water heater and did some other little jobs around my new to me 5th wheel. I had no issue. Except in the middle of the work, he accused me of leaving a bad review for him for the work he did ... read more
Very impressive! Very professional! Very affordable! Absolutely honest about pricing, parts and how much time each job would take to be completed. Jody explained exactly what he was going to do and that's exactly what he did! Two different techs from other repair companies kept saying they would have to come back and troubleshoot some more.
