I have been waiting 2 months for my refund. Ordered tile from Hey Tiles. Turns out what i ordered on the website was advertised incorrectly. As a result I received only 20% of the tile i needed and ordered. I agreed to a refund and return and have now been waiting more than 2 months for said refund. What makes it worse Hey Tiles has said at least ten times I would see the refund immediately but still nothing. BE VERY CAREFUL with HEY TILES. If anything is wrong it will be on you and you wont get your money back.
