Terrible company overall. I ordered a sample of a tile to see if we liked it. In two days I received a shipping email which I thought was a good sign. I received no tracking info so I email the company. Promptly got a response of we will send out tracking info today. Over 36 hours of no tracking info I started to call to get an answer. It took 21 back to back phone calls writing business hours to get someone to answer the phone.
