Took a cab from the airport. Driver was unprofessional, honking at cars even when it was his own fault, got out of the car at an intersection, driving fast down icy and snowy roads. Won’t be using them again. Comfort cabs much better from my experiences

I was picked up at the airport and dropped off at 3am. The ride was uneventful but I left my bag in the seat. After a few calls ... the manager was able to track down the cab driver ...yenus ... and he was able to drop my bag off. Thanks for the effort team and thanks yenus for being such a classy guy

*update* december 18 12:54pm got a cab that took me towards 290 avenue p and then tried to take me to 290 avenue k took all wrong turns and then my bill went super high. i always take this cab instead of riide. riide drivers scare me alot and i feel these taxis care and value their customers didnt have a bad experience so far. update**couple nights ago i caught a cab at about 1am and had my first bad experience driver was very argumentative and wouldnt take the shorter way. i was respectful but he kept talking over me. will ... read more

I happen to use Hey Taxi quite often. Most of the drivers are decent. Especially Ahmed, Abdelkarim and Arnie. They are great. There was a Senior lady that was great as well. However past few months. The drivers I have been experiencing rides with are being weird. One driver didn't even care that we were taking a person to emergency and was making circles, as a result we ended up having a longer and more expensive rides.
