Very short drive from the airport to a hotel. Once I told him were i was going. He sounded very disappointed with call he just picked up. Im sure he was hoping for a decent call out. Anyways. During the whole 4 min drive we was venting how he doesn't make money. And the price of gas. At the end of the drive. The driver handed me the interac machine. He typed in 30 dollars!!! I said. My driver was excellent. Only 3 stars because I book the taxi the night before - 4 minutes before my pick up the app said that driver was not available and another one will be contacted. He arrived within 5 minutes but he said he was the only driver and didn't get notifed of my reservation. Luckily he was available. App issue maybe?

Booked a cab, took almost 2 hours after i was told 5 to 10 minutes for the cab to arrive.

Called them from my work to pick up a disabled customer. They said 5-15 minutes. They proceeded to make her wait for over 45 minutes and called my store multiple times to ask what the destination was even after being told it's not for me and I don't know the destination 3 times. And the driver made me come outside and help her in to the vehicle while he stood there and watched.

Not very reliable, called them 40min ago to get a ride and 50minutes goes by i call again on my recent call history and they said I must of called someone else. Take accountability
