Really love this place, all the drinks are so nice and egg waffles are amazing. However; just want to know what happened as it seems like the place is closed now? It had a barrier up around the shop and no one was there.
Original egg waffle combo is a great deal. The egg waffle is one of the best, crunchy on the outside with a chew on the inside. You get it just the right time to eat, warm enough to still have the crunch but not hot enough to burn your mouth. Highly recommend the egg waffle. Ended up with a milk tea which was average. It's not the same as other speciality tea shop but as a complement to egg waffle, it gets a pass. Will try other drinks which may be better.

4.2 - Like that this place has a few types of hot drinks, rather than Komi Komi, which doesn't. The service is also a lot more efficient, and friendly. I tried a Ginger & Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and was pleasantly surprised to find real Ginger at the bottom of the cup, and am so glad it wasn't very sweet - Thank Heavens.
