I have never worked with a better technician, advocate, and person than Cynthia before starting treatment with Hey Gorgeous. Safe environment where personal and health safety are treated with utmost care. One of the most inclusive and accepting service locations I have worked with. Strong background and very willing to share knowledge and ensure that medically related processes like surgical site hair removal are understood to put patient comfort and knowledge first.
it was good until it wasn't. she kept canceling my appointments the morning of claiming to have migraines; which is a legit excuse i guess until it happened for my past three maybe four appointments? and that's not to count the times before that where maybe an hour before the appointment (i have to drive 40 min in traffic to get there) she would text and say she can't make it because of a migraine. then after a while it was her husband who's making the texts. then, the final straw was when i'm literally one light down the st... read more
Cynthia is absolutely wonderful! I was a client of Cynthia’s for several years and the improvement she made with me was amazing- no other Electrologist I ever worked had the results over time she had with me. On top of that, she is a compassionate, thoughtful and wonderful person and I even looked forward to our sessions! In addition, I always felt safe in her practice in regards to Covid which is very important to me. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.
I have been a client of cynthia for almost a year. She is an amazing electrologist. She takes extra care to make sure her clients are comfortable, and feel safe. She has always worked with me if I have something come up and need to reschedule. The one time in the year I have been with her that she needed to reschedule, she gave me advanced notice and got me in as soon as possible.
