Eric was crucial to our success when selling our home. He gave us clear timelines for what needed to happen (prep, photos, etc) and navigated the actual sale with a calm and savvy demeanor. We had a multiple offer scenario and he helped orchestrate a small bidding war and even secured a backup offer. Due to some unreasonable requests from the first buyer, he helped us transition to the backup offer easily and stress free. I loved working with Eric and would recommend him to anyone.
