Eric was awesome to work with from start to finish! We know he has multiple clients and projects, but he went above and beyond making us feel like his top priority, always answered all our questions, worked with our difficult schedules for showings, and came to bat for us in our difficult closing situation as we simultaneously sold and bought. He managed our process and kept us in the loop always, ensuring the smoothest possible move. If you're buying or selling in Utah, we highly recommend Eric!

It was extremely well to deal with Eric. We had a few issues with the lender but Eric was able to find solutions for his sellers and to collaborate to get this transaction to the finish line. Thank you Eric for your patience and good work.

Eric is a great landlord! He was very easy to work with, and if we had any issues he was very responsive. If we had stayed in the state we would have loved keeping him as a landlord or as a realtor as we look to buy a house.

Eric was great to work with, the process was quick and efficient. Supported us through negotiations and imparted valuable advice to us as first time buyers. Would recommend.

We never felt like we were wasting time on properties that weren't right for us. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Eric and the Hey Eric team kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we ... read more
