Bentley installed a new water heater and he was friendly and experienced. Handled the job easily and had great communication from calling to give his ETA through after install tips. He even took the giant empty box so I didn't have to use half my garbage can getting rid of it. Great experience start to finish

Absolutely fantastic service. The person who called me from the office was kind, accomdating, and knowledgeable. Bentley was our assigned technician - and he was fantastic. He was able to address our issue and ensure that everything was working even better than it was before. We were blessed to have Bentley as our tech - definitely recommend him if you have the option!

Had a leak in outdoor water line. Called and sent them a picture after I dug it up. Came the next day as promised. Matt is great and knowledgable. I have done all the digging before for a plumber and that plumber still charged like they spent the hour getting the pipe ready. Hey Dude did it quick and was very reasonable in price.
